Privacy notice pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/2003

Legislative Decree 196/03 (code for the protection of personal data) stipulates the protection of persons and other subjects in regards to the processing of personal data.
According to the designated law, said treatment will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, and protection of your privacy and your rights.
In accordance with art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/03 L.gs., therefore, we provide the following information:

  1. The data provided by you will be processed for the following purposes: management and execution of the contract subscribed by you; organization and execution of the service, including through communication of data to third parties; fulfillment of legal obligations or other obligations required by the competent authority;
  2. The treatment will be carried out in the following ways: using computerized and manual instruments;
  3. The provision of data is indispensable but not compulsory, and any refusal has no consequence, but could result in untimely fulfillment of obligations undertaken by Musikstarter for the service you have requested;

The present disclosure relates to the site www.becrowdy.com (hereinafter, the "Site") and is intended for all individuals who have access to the web pages of the Site: both those who use the site without making a registration-sign up, as well as those who, as a result of the registration process, enjoy of dedicated services to registered users.

This policy does not apply to other websites which you may access through hyperlinks present on the Site, which will be subject to discipline under their own Privacy Policy.

Navigation data

It is possible to access the site without requesting the user to provide any personal information.
